Thresoline’s Opportunities are Many!

P1000453
Dear Carol,

Threlosine is 14 years old and in her first year of lower secondary school in Rwanda.  Threlosine lives in the Gashora sector, an impoverished area of Rwanda which was hit hard by the genocide.

Because the Rwandan schooling system recently switched to English-based classes, students need to improve their English skills in order to succeed academically. English skills are also critical in order to succeed on the national exam, which determines entrance into upper secondary school. Few students from Gashora have the opportunity to move to upper secondary school. But thanks to your donation, she is attending intensive English classes!

Thank you for your support.  Threlosine will now have the English skills that she needs to succeed–not only in school, but in life, too!
