Olive is a bright young woman with an immense love for her fellow classmates. Olive seems to flourish more and more each day in her studies and social life as she gains more confidence because of her education and takes great pride in acting as a leader within the school.
Olive dreams of one day becoming a doctor so that she can give back to Rwanda and the rest of the world by helping those who are less fortunate.
Thank you David, for providing Olive with a mosquito net so that she is safe from Malaria when she sleeps!

Claudine Joyce is so grateful for the opportunity to attend Gashora Girls Academy in Rwanda. She hopes to use her education to directly benefit her family who has sacrificed so much for her to be able to receive such a good education. Claudine Joyce dreams of one day using her education to provide children in need with the resources to live a healthy, happy life.

Thank you so much for your generous contribution of a month of meals for Lydia! Lydia, who attends the Gashora Girls’ Academy in Rwanda, is a bright young woman who shows an infinite amount of potential. She loves playing sports in her free time because they help her deal with stress and maintain physical fitness.
Lydia studies very hard in the hopes of one day receiving a scholarship to attend a University. Thanks to your generosity, she is one step closer to achieving the greatness she is destined for!

Laisha is a bright young student at the Gashora Girls academy who is infinitely grateful to have the opportunity to attend secondary school. She is a social butterfly, but her favorite activity is studying. She has a passion for bettering her community and knows that her education will not just benefit herself, but also her family and the future of her country. Grace is from Kigali, Rwanda and shows great potential for a bright future. Her favorite subject is mathematics and she dreams of one day becoming an economist where she can pursue opportunities world wide. She also enjoys reading novels and swimming. Other than studying at the school she enjoys the Friday night dance parties where she can spend time with her friends and listen to her favorite music. Elvanie is 17 years old and from the Bugesera district of Rwanda. She enjoys studying because she knows it will help her be successful on the national exam. She loves helping the community in the Community Service club that the school offers. She hopes to attend college one day so that she can acquire the skills and education to be successful to provide for her parents, six brothers and one sister. Ann is a 15 year old from the Gasabo District of Rwanda. She feels very lucky to be a girl in her country receiving an education. She would one day love to be a computer engineer and enjoys playing basketball. She is confident that her education will positively affect her community, family and bring some sense of peace to the world. She is passionate about fighting for the development of her country. Merville has a contagious smile and laugh and offers support and love to the other girls at the school. She is from the Bugesera District of Rwanda. She is passionate about studying hard so that one day she can attend Stanford University to become a chemo therapist to ease the discomfort of those in her country suffering from Cancer. Nancy is a sixteen year old girl with a great sense of humor and acts as a leader within the Gashora Girls Academy in Rwanda. Her favorite subjects are Chemistry and Physics. She has a love for people which is demonstrated through her interactions with the other girls at the school.
